Application:

Starting at the beginning of the pipe in the direction of the thread, wind randomly with an overlap, put 2-3 drops of the lubricant on the thread and distribute it, especially at the start of the pipe use sufficient material;

Observe the following manufacturer’s guidelines!

With 1/2 “at least 12 (fine thread) to 18 (coarse thread) windings; With 1 1/2” at least 16 (fine thread) to 24 (coarse thread) windings; For other dimensions adjust the windings accordingly.

The number of windings depends on the size and thread strength. If in doubt, wind up more.
